Matthew Fields PHR, SHRM-CP
I’m passionate about building cohesive teams and developing strong leaders who can guide them to success. With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources across industries such as engineering, construction, logistics, e-commerce, consulting, manufacturing, and federal contracting, I’ve had the privilege of supporting organizations of all sizes—both in the U.S. and globally.
My expertise covers the entire employee lifecycle: recruiting, retention, workforce readiness, people development, and employee engagement. I thrive on creating strategies that not only improve processes but also foster a culture where employees feel valued and motivated.
I hold a degree in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, along with PHR and SHRM-CP certifications and a certificate in Project Management.
